Shipping & Logistics

Shipping Methods

Headquartered in Dubai, we provide flexible shipping coordination for regional and international wholesale partners. Orders can be delivered within Dubai or coordinated through your preferred cargo and shipping agents in Dubai and China. For bulk purchases and container orders, we also support container packing and loading arrangements directly from China.

Customs Support

Shipment-related documentation can be prepared based on the order and logistics arrangement. For local deliveries and cargo handovers in Dubai, delivery order documentation can also be provided to your appointed cargo or shipping agents when applicable. Customs clearance and local import requirements remain the responsibility of the buyer or their appointed agents.

Packaging Standards

All products are packed using standardized carton packaging to ensure protection during storage, cargo handling, and transportation. Depending on the product category, footwear is typically packed in cartons containing 12, 18 or 24 pairs. Approximate carton weights generally range from 5–8 kg, with dimensions varying based on the style and assortment structure.

Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our team responds quickly to partner inquiries during business hours.

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment to ensure consistency and manufacturing standards. Claims related to manufacturing defects may be reviewed based on the order condition and reporting timeline. Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or misuse is not covered.

In the event of a product issue, partners may submit a review request within 7 days of receiving the goods. Our team will evaluate the case based on the reported issue, product condition, and order details, and will coordinate an appropriate resolution when applicable.
